Overview of Thien Duc Company
Established in 2010, Thien Duc Investment Construction Trading Co., Ltd. operates in the fields of investment, construction, trading, and real estate development across Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces. With over 16 years of growth, the company currently serves as the developer of the Hung Phu urban area in Ben Tre. Thien Duc was founded by a team of experts, architects, and engineers possessing extensive experience in Vietnam's construction industry.
Development direction
An investment and project-development partner with a prudent, sustainable approach
The 2014–2018 period marked a turning point as the company entered into a strategic partnership with the international real estate group CapitaLand, successfully developing and handing over high-end, international-standard apartment complexes in Ho Chi Minh City.
Since 2018, Thien Duc has expanded its land bank and development activities into southern provinces, most notably through a large-scale urban area project in Ben Tre province.
